I went in and looked at a model listed as 7 or 800k or so. I fully understand that scummy sales tactics usually involve understating costs until you’re getting a presentation, but I wasn’t expecting to hear the model as shown would cost 500-700k more. I asked what the model included that was an upgrade. The answer might as well have been everything but the damn driveway. Beautiful look terrible quality. Talk about the structure cracks, if the windows are up and it rains it floods in the house. The baseboards are falling apart. The washer gives you hot water for both cold and hot. The walls are starting to crack. In no time I can see the whole house falling apart and here comes a lawsuit. The worst choice I've ever made.
This is a beautiful 🤩 gated community, well-maintained and thoughtfully designed. The environment feels safe and welcoming, perfect for families or anyone looking for peaceful living.
