We were not new to Westlake as we first bought a home in 2023 at SkyCove South. The home was too small and after dealing with the 1 person they had at the end taking care of issues I was extremely disappointed with Label and Company. They claimed that broken roof tiles were a result of gutters that I installed after we closed. The home was a ranch and the installer never walked on the roof. My family and I are having a serious problem with Minto. If you’re thinking about buying a house from this builder, think carefully about where you’re investing your $400–$600 thousand. When they’re selling to you, they’re very attentive, but when it comes to solving a problem, they laugh in your face and blame your children.
