Yamilet was an absolute rockstar at the sales center. She took incredible care of my clients and me, breaking everything down with real expertise and zero fluff. Every question we had, she had an answer — and if she didn’t, she found it fast. Her energy, patience, and customer-first mindset made the whole new-construction tour feel effortless. Truly top-tier service from someone who knows her product inside and out.
We were not new to Westlake as we first bought a home in 2023 at SkyCove South. The home was too small and after dealing with the 1 person they had at the end taking care of issues I was extremely disappointed with Label and Company. They claimed that broken roof tiles were a result of gutters that I installed after we closed. The home was a ranch and the installer never walked on the roof. My family and I are having a serious problem with Minto. If you’re thinking about buying a house from this builder, think carefully about where you’re investing your $400–$600 thousand. When they’re selling to you, they’re very attentive, but when it comes to solving a problem, they laugh in your face and blame your children.
