It has been an immense dissatisfaction with the Minto Warranty Department. My experience has been nothing short of terrible, and it has made me deeply regret purchasing another Minto home. Had a really good experience with Errin A. from Minto. He jumped in to help us resolve a serious leak immediately (like within a couple hours of my first call). I was not expecting it and he really went way above and beyond our expectations to help us out. Can't thank you enough for your effort and prompt communication.
I would give no stars if I had this option. The experience has been terrible with Minto warranty. This experience has made me highly regret buying another Minto home. Every single person is a liar and giving the most ridiculous excuse always. They think us home owners don't know anything and we have no idea what they are saying. We’ve had a fairly decent experience with Minto employees thus far with the exception of the receptionist at Minto MasterCard, Angela. Bad customer service. She is unfriendly and rude. She was not helpful at all and to get any information, you have to keep prying. She sounds displeased every time my husband or I have contacted Minto for updates.
