I took my child to this clinic and had the worst experience. We arrived on time for the appointment, but we ended up waiting for over an hour with no updates or explanations. The staff seemed disorganized, and there was no communication about the delay. After such a long wait, I had no choice but to cancel the appointment. Extremely disappointed with the lack of respect for people's time. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. Avoid it if you value your time!
I've been here multiple times. I have no major issues. I can't see waiting times bring any different than any other medical center I've been to.
Don't be fooled by the fake 4-5 star reviews; focus on the overall feedback. The staff is generally quite rude and shows a lack of respect. They clearly view us as mere numbers, which shouldn't be so blatant! The high demand makes them get away with it, but we will see when more medical centres are opened in the area how you will act ⁵
Doctors are really good but reception staff is too rude. They are thinking that only this medical centre is providing service in whole world.
