I've been here multiple times. I have no major issues. I can't see waiting times bring any different than any other medical center I've been to.

Don't be fooled by the fake 4-5 star reviews; focus on the overall feedback. The staff is generally quite rude and shows a lack of respect. They clearly view us as mere numbers, which shouldn't be so blatant! The high demand makes them get away with it, but we will see when more medical centres are opened in the area how you will act ⁵

Doctors are really good but reception staff is too rude. They are thinking that only this medical centre is providing service in whole world.

I went to the medical centre for a blood test, but the pathology staff member wasn’t there. The receptionist told me that the pathology person was on their lunch break and would be back by 1:30 PM. I arrived at 1 PM and waited until 1:30 PM, but then I was told the pathology person would be running late and was expected around 1:45 PM. I waited until 2 PM, but no one turned up.
