Hit or miss. Minto Auto Centre is a great place to go if you can put up with a bit of jazz now and then, they excel at fixing everything you didn't tell them to and maybe or maybe not what you wanted done, you might only need to order the right parts for them after they get the wrong ones in, really not a big deal usually. My experiences have not been the greatest. missing intake manifold bolts. Also CV shaft bolts not torqued right I actually noticed it with most of them missing and only one tight anymore. Told them to fix stinky heater and they just changed cabin air filter and heater core was still leaking. Ect ect I could go on and on about similar experiences my brother's had. When it comes to fixing an Audi or Volkswagen this company struggles immensely. Brought my vw golf here 2 years ago with a destroyed clutch but they were unable to diagnose it as such so I took the mechanic for a short drive and after it barely went anymore and there was much bad smell he realized it was shot anyway. Also I had my a4 there for a transmission service, turns out they put the wrong fluid in the wrong side of the transmission and they wouldn't believe me so I had them call the audi dealer and of all things they ... read more

Met the owner today for the first time and will say "I'm impressed!". I brought in my trailer which had a slow leaking tire and even though the shop was busy, he took the time to remove the tire and replace the rotted, rubber valve stem. Most places would have been "too busy" for such a piddly little job. Although I forget his name, his demeanor and attitude have left a mark on me. I would definitely use the services here again if need be.
