I brought my 2021 Ram 1500 to Minto Auto Centre for an oil change on Sept 30, 2025. The invoice states that all fluids were checked and topped up. Less than three weeks later, my coolant reservoir was completely dry and the engine overheated. I added nearly 4 litres of coolant myself, and Minto then added another 8 litres to refill the system. Minto Auto Centre is a great place to go if you can put up with a bit of jazz now and then, they excel at fixing everything you didn't tell them to and maybe or maybe not what you wanted done, you might only need to order the right parts for them after they get the wrong ones in, really not a big deal usually. I have been embarrassed for this company multiple times since my knowing them and will likely try to avoid any further by going elsewhere.
