Update your hours, I drove an hour to try to get help for my dog and they only accept barn animals and prescription pickups on Tuesdays. Tried calling 4 or 5 times and couldn't get through
Terrible! I would have to say I had the worst experience I've ever had at a vet. I called them a couple days beforehand to specifically ask them about bringing in my puppy to get his second parvo vaccine. I was told more than once they are a walk in clinic and to come anytime. I even asked if the morning or afternoon would be better and again they told me they are walk in and that is understandable.
