Terrible! Booked a room at this place a month before the stay date, got to the building on the day to find there is no reception area to check in, doors are locked and only accessible via swipe key. called the number a few times with no answer, going straight to message bank (eventually found out they weren't taking bookings due to covid, but they took my booking and my money a month earlier anyway).
