To begin with, our appointment was scheduled for 11:00 a.m., and we were instructed to arrive 15 minutes early to complete paperwork. We arrived at 10:45 a.m. but were not greeted or acknowledged until 11:15 a.m. There was no staff present when we arrived, and we waited in the reception area for quite some time before anyone addressed us. If I could give it zero stars, I would. Terrible service. My husband and I waited an hour to be seen, and in the end, there was no massage therapist available. Horrible service. On top of that, I spoke to a ridiculous woman named Maria Paula who had a terrible attitude. It's a disgrace for Coral Gables to have such a terrible place. They say they don't give refunds, well, I got one because I was never actually served, but seeing the terrible reviews, I'm glad it happened that way.
We booked a session for four of us to celebrate a friend’s birthday and this was my second time visiting. The communication and booking process were smooth and easy, which I appreciated. First of all the place was difficult to find, not enough parking, the room was noisy because it on Biscayne blvd with traffic. We started our 6pm appointment at 6.20pm. We didn’t even got the full hour. When we registered they asked as for a $25usd service fee for buying from a 3rd party nor disclosed in Groupon on top of the tips.
