Was gifted a massage from this establishment for Christmas. I’m not sure what this is but it’s not a spa, that’s for sure. The walls had live wires sticking out, the massage “beds” were rock hard, the pillow you rest your face on continuously fell off so I had my face on hard black plastic, the massage was a glorified body rub because there was no pressure or massage techniques used, the Alexa they use to play music had its volume set to 100. Before I start my review I just want to say that I was a bit concerned with all the recent negative reviews of this spa - especially reading the comments days prior my appointment, but since every experience is different I thought of throwing mine as well and being specific with certain details. Booked a couples spa package for my wife and mother in law on Mothers Day. We sat down and was not greeted. Another mother pair came in that had the same appointment time as us and decided to walk around and call for help. When we were finally acknowledged, we were informed they didn’t have the full staff on hand and cannot get any of us for our appointment time. No calls ahead of time to inform any of us. Please do not book with this establishment. My friends and I were visiting from out of town, and decided to book massages. We went to the Biscayne location only to be told that we would have to go to Coral Gables due to a scheduling conflict on their end. At the Coral Gables location we were lied to about the wait time, and the receptionist was very disrespectful towards us.
