Moved to Woodland Hills a year ago and needed a new wax place. I love it! So clean and really nice staff especially Emily, she’s so gentle and asks if temperature is okay. I feel like I can talk to her about anything and help me get my mind off the wax! 10/10 would recommend her!
If there’s one reason I keep coming back to this place it’s because of Emily! She’s amazing at what she does and her beautiful, outgoing personality makes all the pain worth it! I would recommend her to anyone and everyone!!
Today my daughter arrived a couple minutes after her scheduled 10:20 time there was no one at the desk, so she sat at the bench as their usual process. After a couple minutes she proceeded to knock on the door and was told they could not see her and if wanted services could return later in day. I explained she was sitting at the bench waiting and also shared from our previous 2 visits we had waited because the waxer was late. One previous wait was over 30 minutes and we waited. Rylie is the best eyebrow waxer I have ever found. She’s amazing and I’m so lucky I found her.
Rylie is absolutely wonderful! From day one she’s made me feel so comfortable. She’s super chill. No pressure to talk, if I wanna lay there and say nothing, she vibes with it. Then if we start talking we start talking. She’s quick and very thorough and even recommended dry brushing which I knew nothing about and I’ve been getting waxes for years! 🤦♀️ I highly recommend her for your waxes!
