I decided to try this place out because of affordable prices. The basic care was done so poorly and it was so painful. The owner is not very skillful with the arts, either. My natural nail was all ruined afterwards. Won't be going back.

Agree with the nail technician lacks the socializing. It has no problem if she was just introverted or awkward, but rather the conversation kept cutted by technicians and left very uncomfortable atmosphere. I’ve been experiencing more than 50 nails so far, this was the worst experience. She kept saying relax while she created very uncomfortable atmosphere, and even *pushes* my fingered hardly several times when she felt it bothers. I think the manicure was great! Service was just awkward/cold? I don’t know maybe I went on a bad day for the manicurist

It has been my second time here and each time I had a wonderful experience. I found them to be very helpful in helping decide what to get and they helped me pick my colours. They were also very informative with the different types of services they offer. Also, I’m not one for the chatty types of nail salons, therefore, I found this nail salon to be perfect as I was able to my thing while they did theirs. The service is top-notch, and I highly recommend them!

I managed to get a same day appointment for a manicure. Service was thorough. As mentioned in other reviews, the nail technician was not chatty. However, I did not mind. She did a great job with my nails. Nail salon was clean and tidy.
