I had something wrong with my mower and they figured out what was wrong and had the part in stock, but unfortunately I live an hour plus away and so the guy on the phone said that I can go to another store that was closer and saved me time and gas money. Definitely appreciate the effort to not only diagnose the problem over the phone, but tell me where I can go for the part that wasn't too far away.
Generator hasn't run in a year and wouldn’t let see if it would still run to buy so avoid this place. caught in 4k:)
While I didn't end up buying, it wasn't because of them. Everyone there was courteous and helped locate what I needed. I decided it best to save money now rather than spend. Too much political & economic uncertainty.
