While I didn't end up buying, it wasn't because of them. Everyone there was courteous and helped locate what I needed. I decided it best to save money now rather than spend. Too much political & economic uncertainty.

DO NOT GO HERE — Especially if you’re Black. I had a terrible experience at Mint Spring Equipment. From the moment I walked in, the staff was rude, dismissive, and made it clear I wasn’t welcome. As a Black customer, I was treated with zero respect — ignored, talked down to, and denied the basic courtesy of using their bathroom, which felt blatantly discriminatory. Parts Department order the incorrect parts for Vermeer Discbine. I told them it was the wrong part when I picked the part up. They then order additional parts that were supposed to make the part work on my Discbine and the additional parts did do not fit the new part. I asked for a refund for all the parts and was denied.
