I had a great experience at Mint Spa. The environment was clean, quiet, and very relaxing from the moment I walked in. The staff were friendly and professional, and they took the time to ask about my preferences without any pressure to upsell. STAY AWAY from this business. Extremely unprofessional experience. Online appointments are accepted and then frequently changed or canceled without notice. I drove 30 minutes for an appointment booked hours earlier and was told the owner didn’t have time. She laughed about it and offered me a cup of water instead. She also makes inappropriate comments about tips — even when tipping 20%, she pressures customers for more. This is unacceptable behavior from a business owner. My last visit at this place was absolutely horrible. The man that gave me a massage was EXTREMELY ROUGH AND RUDE!!! I asked for more pressure in certain areas because of sciatic nerve pain. When I told him he was getting too rough he mocked me saying, “It’s too hard. It’s too hard. Ok I hear you.” The next day I had bruises on my back and in worse pain. After my last visit, I wish I could give this location a negative star review.
My wife and I have been loyal customers here for over three years, coming in almost every month. Unfortunately, after tonight, we won’t be returning. My wife purchased a gift certificate for me on 12/10/24, and we were told it was good for one full year. However, the certificate was incorrectly dated to expire on 12/9/25, a day before the actual year mark.
