I went to Hope for a color correction. I had gone to another salon for balayage (my natural color on top gradually getting blonde towards the ends) To correct what ended up being a bad highlight job, Hope did a reverse balayage. So she colored my roots with my natural hair color and gradually blended it towards the blonde. The blending looked great but unfortunately my hair didn't take to that color and turned a brassy orange at my roots. I could not tell if this place was still in business. Phone numbers I found online were disconnected.
Wanted to try this salon but the number listed is a "vacant number".
Inquired about booking for my upcoming wedding. Didn’t receive a response after responding to an initial email from them with follow up questions. It was around the holidays, so I figured it’s a busy time—I’ll wait and follow up in January. No response. Can’t imagine how their communication with actual customers is.
Very happy with my haircut, online check in process, and the friendly staff!
