I am relocating for a job and am in a situation where I needed a rental within a month and called the office in regards to a specific listing. We have rented a rather expensive townhouse from this group for the past year. They are very unorganized, rude with their reply’s and the townhouse itself is NOT well taken care of. The storm door was/is broken the entire time we lived there. The plumbing has been a mess the entire time, to the point there was a bucket hanging from a Pipe we were told was “normal” , until we caught the repairman and he said it absolutely was not normal.
