Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with a service provider. . I have had my permanent retainer for 30 years. If a wire broke I would go to my family orthodontist and they would replace the wire and I’d be in and out in fifteen minutes. These impersonal corporate conglomerates try to upsell you. I told them I didn’t want what they were trying to sell I just wanted the wire replaced. They then refused to provide service.
