I've been a patient at Mint dentistry for a little over a year. I had my first consultation on March 6 2025 with Mint Orthodontics for Invisalign. Chris came in for the billing part of the consultation. He was very aggressive about paying my down payment at that exact moment. I told him I like to go all my finances with my mom and after I discussed it with her, I would make my payment. He pushed me to call her in the moment, it made me feel very uncomfortable. I didn’t like the fact that Mint took an exam of my mouth, knowing my insurance was out of network. Now I have to pay another dentist to do the same thing.
