I had the absolute WORST experience with this office and did not even walk inside ! This specific location lost me as a patient before my treatment even began — all because of Yazmin (Office manager). During a phone call, she was extremely rude, condescending, and dismissive. That is absolutely unacceptable, especially when patients are investing thousands of dollars into treatment. They will change scheduled appointments because the doctor can't plan around his 4 day weekend.
I want to start off the staff is very friendly but I have had the worst experience starting off in Invisalign was only suppose to be for 9 months which turned into a yr and half and with in that year in a half I saw like 5 different orthodontist. I am now in traditional braces for now 1 year and I am being told now after 2 1/2 years that I apparently have 2 different ways I bite and now I am need jaw surgery or remove 2 teeth. The staff is amazing. Nice, friendly & warm. The Dr is phenomenal. The team takes their time & make sure that you're good. The one in Fort Worth on Berry & 820. That's the place to go.
