Mistake in choosing this salon, holidays of 2025, in a prestigious area and did so as I felt I would receive the service, respect, and upscale stylists, normally in this area. I personally believe after sitting in this stylist's chair, she did not have the knowledge and experience she should have to be on Park Avenue where the client expectations exceeded her experience.
