I’d give 0 star if there’s. Service is so bad my nails looks awful The technician refused to do something I asked for, She was in a rush I came with appointment 2 hours before closing and still she was rushing.

This place does not even deserve one star. First off, the place smells like sewage attempted to be masked by a vanilla bath and body works candle. If that’s wasn’t unsettling enough, the nail tech did a job equivalent to a child. As noted in the photos, the shape and length of every nail was outrageously different. The polish was all over my fingers and had the precision of someone who did my manicure blind folded. I contacted the business about this poor experience and never heard back. This spa is so run down and dirty looking. Really asked to wash my hands to have a pedicure? When looking around at the dirty area I was really worried about the cleanliness of my treatment . Will never go again.

Worst gel manicure I’ve received. Was only offered a 20% discount with no refund. Take a look at the photos and let me know if these look like they’re worth $50.

The only person worth seeing here is Raelyn. She is the best at what she does, i used to see her at a different salon, too. She's on vacation. I made an appointment while she was gone with someone else, had my confirmation email. They "missed" my appointment and didn't schedule enough people... brutal!! Raelyn, let me know when you're back and you can come to my house and I'll pay you directly.
