Terrible experience! I came here to “redo” a former bad experience at their Deerfoot Meadows location. Unfortunately, same issues happened! My pedicure took 1hour and 45 minutes, not because they took extra time caring for my feet, but because the tech was inexperienced in applying gel polish and using a curing light. The few times I've been it has not felt friendly, no conversation one on one, felt rushed and pushed out the door. Nails all popped off same day, ( like full nail, not just a broken one) and this was more then one occurrence. When I left a comment on an Instagram post, they blocked me. Honestly wouldn't recommend to anyone, service is awful, nails are expensive and not worth the cost when they can't do them properly, and block you when there's an issue.

I had a really disappointing experience. I recently got my nails done at this location, and they turned out terrible. The polish was clumpy, uneven, and started peeling off just a few hours later. I’ve been getting acrylic nails for years, and this is the first time most of the polish came off within two days. It felt like a complete waste of money, and I regret going there.

I went for a mani/pedi to help out a student manicurist. The place was filthy-sign said to keep shoes on as the floor was wet-no way would I walk bare foot in there. The staff mostly spent time ordering food when they weren’t actually doing nails. No customer service at all. My student got no attention from her supervisor or the other technicians even when she asked a question. I felt bad for her as she is learning and was very unsupported
