I had my nails done two days ago and on that day the gell was already lifting and chipping, some came off. Customer service at the front desk was bad, the previous front desk person was better, the lady who did my nails showed no respect when I went to show her work. Disappointed
Everyone was very nice and accommodating. The customer service was good. They were able to get me in on short notice. Unfortunately my nail tech was very rough with the buffing block, and buffed off my top layer of skin on a couple fingers. The buffing block did not look new, and I would be concerned about infecting someone by breaking the skin barrier.
