Mina was rude and does not listen. The nail technicians here do not know how to listen to requests. She made a big deal over me wanting a matte top coat and proceeded to talk about my nail choice to the other technician in their language. She handled me roughly while waxing my eyebrows. Very rude experience, and when I asked the receptionist for my history of nail techs so I can return to the lady who was nice. I've been coming here for a few months and have enjoyed many of the manicures I've gotten. However I've had a few techs who seem to be doing it as quickly and easily as possible, seeming bored and remiss with their job. I came in recently and my tech tried to rip my old set off without soaking (wouldve caused lots of pain and unprofessional). My toes were done well, but my finger nails peeled off in 24 hours. After $100 I am highly disappointed. The atmosphere is great. The customers love it, but maybe it was just a bad day that day. Maybe I was rushed out. I won't give it a negative review. I'll just say I hope it's improved.

Been coming here regularly for 6 months and have never had a bad experience!! All the techs are lovely but Liz especially!!! Helped me perfect my shape and paid so much attention to small details.
