Everyone was very nice and accommodating. The customer service was good. They were able to get me in on short notice. Unfortunately my nail tech was very rough with the buffing block, and buffed off my top layer of skin on a couple fingers. The buffing block did not look new, and I would be concerned about infecting someone by breaking the skin barrier.

Very poor service. I was there for a manicure with my grand daughter. They didn't even file our nails. Very poor work. Mint used to be a good nail service place. Not this time. Very disappointed
I went in for a regular manicure, and initially everything was going well—the manicure itself was done nicely. However, toward the end of the service, the technician used an electric drill (typically used for gel/acrylic removal) on my natural nails, even though I did not have gel.This completely damaged my nails. My nail beds now look over-filed, thin, and uneven, and the cuticle area looks chopped and irritated. You can clearly see the excessive filing and lack of care in the final result. Horrible service. I came in for a basic pedi and they tried to sell me on gel since I wore socks and sneakers (it’s winter). They said I could wait for my toes to dry before leaving and set a timer for 15 minutes. The tech left and almost 30 minutes went by with a soaking wet towel under my feet and the rest of the staff walking by. I had to take the foam spacers off myself and go to the front desk.
