My experience with Mint Medical has always been exemplary. Dr. Yang is a compassionate, dedicated physician who truly cares about his patients. He listens carefully, asks good questions, and makes solid decisions about his patients care. He takes the time needed and I never feel rushed. Dr. Yang is very kind and genuinely cares about his patients. Our family has been under his care for three years, and we are truly grateful for his professional advice and support. We highly recommend him!
I’ve been seeing Dr.Yang for many years, but I had extremely distressing experiences with the front desk staff at this clinic. Instead of providing support and professionalism, the receptionist was unnecessarily rude and even made threatening remarks that left me feeling worse. I came seeking help, but the hostility and lack of empathy only deepened my depression. No one should have to deal with this kind of treatment, especially in a healthcare setting.
