I was able to get an appointment within an hour when I was experiencing extreme back pain. Cambree took that pain away. 24 hours later I am pain free and grateful for her efforts. Thank you.

The massage experience itself was good. I gave 4 stars because although the centre advertises direct billing, I had an issue with the direct billing system on one occasion. Neither the staff member in charge at the time nor the manager afterward took responsibility for it, and instead tried to place the responsibility entirely on the insurance company, while other centres were able to fix the same issue without any problem

The massage experience is all good. The reason I gave 3 stars is that the centre says it is direct bill but all 3 times both me and my wife had problems for insurance so we had to apply for insurance ourselves. The other direct bill centres we go for massage, we never had this kind of problems. It is ok if a centre is not direct bill, but when you say it is direct bill and advertising based on that, you have to be responsible about it, not just say we don’t know what is the problem sorry…
