I had not been to Mint for a while and Warren was as pleasant as he always is - he listened to me - suggested what he would do for my neck/shoulder pain and afterwards and even today - I feel so much relief and followed his excellent advice about taking it easy, adjust my monitor at work, getting new pillows and getting a good nights sleep - all in all - he is a terrific asset to Mint.
