We normally like Mint & Maki but tonight we were served a comfort bowl with slow braised beef. Every single piece was almost entirely fat, and not edible. The food is too expensive to have a bunch of fat cuts thrown in. Two of the chunks were completely fat, and one piece mostly fat. The other bowl was perfectly fine.
Genuinely the best Asian food ive had in my life. The service was great and the place was clean with a good vibe about it. Go get food here.

A hidden gem for Vietnamese food in the Providence area! I’ve been coming here for a while, and every visit reminds me of home with its authentic flavors. This time, I had the broken rice with grilled pork chop, and it was absolutely delicious. The peach tea was amazing as well. If you’re looking for authentic Vietnamese cuisine, I highly recommend Mint & Maki!
