The restaurant staff were very welcoming and helpful. The food was well seasoned and tasteful. Food was hot and fresh.
The food was not bad, overpriced a lot but not bad, what really frustrated me was the service. Not only was the waiter being rude and ignorant to my family and I, but at the end of the meal when we left after paying, she chased after us and demanded we leave a tip, and would not let us leave until we tipped her. She said " It was mandatory", it is not mentioned anywhere on the website nor in the restaurant itself that it is mandatory to tip. Disappointed by the service here. Despite their posted hours stating they are open until 3:00 PM, we were told upon arrival at 2:25 PM that they were no longer offering dine-in service and would only do to-go orders. It’s frustrating to make the effort to visit a business during their stated hours only to be turned away from the full experience. This place could really benefit from some customer service training.
Food is so-so. The tom yum soup was far too salty—the worst I’ve ever had. The pad thai was overly sweet, and the steak beef cubes didn’t pair well with it. Service was okay, though.
The curry was not outstanding but the Chicken Sate was fabulous. Staff were excellent and attentive.
