I have mixed feelings about this Thai restaurant. First, the Tom Yum soup was disappointing—it tasted like a very salty broth and didn't feel authentic at all. However, I must say the shrimp inside was perfectly cooked, far better than what you’d find at most average spots. I had a similar experience with the Ponzu Salmon. Again, the salmon itself was cooked to perfection and was incredibly flavorful, but the "ponzu" sauce didn't really taste Japanese or Thai. Food was quite good, I'm happy about it. I don't normally care much for presentation, but it's worth noting the presentation was nice for everything. Service was practical and kind. Portions and value honestly was high. I really liked the decor, more than I remotely expected. Im not even sure that is a universal opinion. But it was very textured and multi colored and yet also soothing. 🤷 Again not very relevant to the food, but it was unexpected enough to mention & appreciate.
Lovely Romantic Ambience with a Relaxed Unhurried "Uniquely Thai" Service makes it an easy choice in charming Saratoga. The restaurant staff were very welcoming and helpful. The food was well seasoned and tasteful. Food was hot and fresh.
The food was not bad, overpriced a lot but not bad, what really frustrated me was the service. Not only was the waiter being rude and ignorant to my family and I, but at the end of the meal when we left after paying, she chased after us and demanded we leave a tip, and would not let us leave until we tipped her. She said " It was mandatory", it is not mentioned anywhere on the website nor in the restaurant itself that it is mandatory to tip.
