This is a prime example of horrible service, and also the way they treat wealthy customers who would keep this place alive. I had party invites made about a year ago...they were 3 weeks late I kept getting the turn around on everything. But i still gave them a second chance, again I had them make about 200 invites for a reception. again they came in on time. MJP has opened my eyes to a fun and unique world of personal stationery, invitations, and other paper creations. When I need to make an impression, I send one of my custom designed note cards, and when I want to show a friend how much I love her on her birthday, I know Ill find a great card at MJP that both speaks from the heart and is a piece of art. I recommend this store to everyone I know.
