I am a big fan of mint home twice over. I bought a vintage Heywood Wakefield dresser from them that I love. And then I commissioned J. Shay to do a custom painting for my living room which I adore every day!
I recently moved to Chicago and had virtually no furniture upon my arrival. I wasn’t having much luck finding pieces either until I chose to check out Mint. Their showroom is stunning. I ended up walking away with two beautifully restored pieces - a bookcase and an armchair - at a reasonable price. The owner was so kind and helpful. Mint is also conveniently located near other wonderful home/lifestyle stores to help you round out a successful day of shopping. Thoroughly recommended!
What a beautiful business that has top notch vintage furniture. I walked in for the first time today and was super impressed with their refurbished items. I will definitely be back to shop around!
