I first started with Mint Hill Smiles towards the start of them opening. No issues the first few years. However recently they've added some hires I'm not a fan of - including a dentist - and have adopted a very customary unfriendly approach to reschedules. I'm pretty sure originally you could reschedule online - similar to Calendly. Very convenient and easy to use.
