This is the best orthodontist ever!! They are so great with my daughter and her ever need. The staff is so warm and inviting. They even give you a cute little gift bag with items needed for braces and even chapstick. This is definitely the go-to spot for orthodontics......and the coffee, tea and selection of drinks for guests is also a huge plus.
Great experience with Dr. Jared! Friendly staff, a clean office, and he really takes the time to explain everything. Highly recommend for anyone needing orthodontic care.

It is sad for me to write this review, but they tried to receive money from my insurance company and they did not receive it. They started to deduct money from my bank account after the insurance company did not give it to them. It had to be at least a year later. I noticed the doctor purchased a new Aston Martin sports car before my daughter was done with her Invisalign. Please do not go to this doctor. There are plenty of other orthodontist in Charlotte! We started orthodontic care for my son in January and have had a great experience so far. The team has been very friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. They’ve been great about following up and making sure everything with his braces is going smoothly. The office is organized and the staff always makes us feel welcome. We’re really happy we chose them for his orthodontic care.
