Hired them to clean my carpets, but the chemicals they used turned parts of a beige carpet green. They did not warn me about the risk of discoloration. If they had, I wouldn't have gone ahead with it. I'll need to replace the carpet at my own expense as they have not been responsive to my requests and have not answered emails.

Tech showed up 45 mins late/no phone call to advise this. Did half a job. Left without saying he was done or goodbye or so I could inspect, left a mess behind. Water, dirt etc. I’m left with only half the job done.

They quoted me for a price $140 less then when the technician arrived. I asked all the appropriate questions over the phone but all the answers were lies. I am assuming the under quote to get the date booked and someone out to seal the deal. Not to mention the technician was two hours late and the customer service was lacking.
