I don’t recommend. I can in to vacuum and wash my car I was told I had to have a membership when many times I have vacuumed first and paid for the wash. This place has gone down.
My biggest rub is that they close the vacuum spots that are most convenient. I feel like they close them because they are too lazy to go and attend to them. Very inconvenient when you have congestion in these spots, especially getting in and out. I asked one of the workers there and he said because it’s complicated and because that’s where people try to get them for free. Why should we be inconvenienced for their convenience?
This is a great place! Pricing is a bit much for the higher washes, but on the lower wash, my car was really well done. The vaccuums and green air thing were the best! I love that the inside is roomy and comfortable to wait, plus they have 4 garage spaces for hand detailing, etc. We came on a whim looking for a better place than our previous one, and we will come again!
The car wash (foam, brush, wax, tires, dry) is fast, has free hand towels, and was on sale (30% off).
Edited to add: I am not taking down my review because I still received a service from your business and my opinion on your general service has not changed. I went up there to get my car washed and detailed. I saw that they offer detailing for $60 and the services listed was what I wanted. They said it was going to be $120 for detailing even though everything was cleaned out of my car before I brought it in. I said no and I got the express wash instead. Never coming here again.
