The staff are nice and pleasant and the facility is well maintained.
The people here are the kindest most helpful people! That being said, I shouldn’t have to go thru the car wash 3 times then still have to scrub the car down myself to get it clean. They also replaced the drying fans at the end with a giant towel dryer and all it does is leave smears on the windshield. The people are incredible but the car wash itself could use a few tweaks. I think using a manual brush at the beginning to help get the bugs off would be useful.
Marco was great, patient and communicated all options.
Wonderfully kind staff helped me get my car unlocked!!! Thanks Marco!
