Ray and his team have cleaned ducts for me twice now and they were efficient, courteous and professional. Appreciate that Ray explained all the steps and entertained all of my questions until I was comfortable. Highly recommend Mint!
Ray and Ahmed did fantastic work cleaning the ductwork in our home - if I could give them 10 stars I would! We chose the Gold package and Ray explained the whole procedure from start to finish, showed us before and after pictures, and gave us lots of great advice. Our home is almost 50 years old and the ductwork had never been cleaned, so it was very long overdue, and shocking how much junk was cleaned out. They performed duct cleaning at my home and charged HST at 13% but never provided an invoice. They also began negotiations at $750 and suddenly dropped the price to $200, which raises serious concerns about the credibility of their pricing. On top of that, I provided a tip—which I now regret. Overall, the experience left a very bad impression.
Diligent and professional—I'll definitely call Ray again for cleaning next time. Highly recommended!
