I decided to try MINT Dentistry on Allentown RD, and I am absolutely blown away with my experience. From the time I made my appointment over the phone to the day of the visit, the customer service has been A+. The receptionist was very polite and smiling when I walked in. My appointment was at 9am and arrived at 9:06am so I was rushing to get there. When I checked in they gave me a touch screen small computer to complete my medical history and that process was easy. Warning …long content. I was very disappointed with the lack of service I received today. It was recommended and I stress recommended by the dentist that I get a next level cleaning today…not a deep cleaning but a next level cleaning that was not fully covered by my PPO Insurance. My experience with Mint dentistry has been great everyone there is so nice and the dentist there are very professional and always make sure you are not in any pain that you are comfortable. They always make sure they talk to you and make they explain everything to you. I like that because that shows they care. Thank you all.
