I was in the Cedar Hill Office on the date of 09/12/2025, this office never has water, etc, as well the front entrance did not look very clean, certainly not the restroom. I ask the young ladies at the front office for the cooperate phone number which were Julie and Andrea and one of them stated they did not have the number and to wait for the office manager. I normally have an amazing experience at this location. Have been going there since they opened. Will used to be at the front desk and his customer service was top tier. Now there is a guy named Zach Smith who is at the front desk and from trying to schedule an appointment through getting pricing when i was there it was a complete nightmare. Instead of looking up the correct information he just "assumes" and tells you anything. He told me that they don't have any dentists experienced in that office to do root canals. DO NOT RECCOMEND MINT DENTISRTY ON 1960 IN HUMBLE, TEXAS SCHEDULED MY BOYFRIEND FOR A CHECK UP AND A CLEANING AND ONLY DID CHECK AND XRAYS THEN HAD TO SCHEDULE FOR A CLEANING FOR HIM AND AGAIN THEY DID XRAYS AND CHECKUP ONLY NEVER DID A CLEANING SO INCONVIENT SINCE HE IS A TRUCK DRIVER , VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT I CANCELED MY APPOINTMENTS AND WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE THAT TOOK TOOK THE TIME TO EXSPAIN TO HIM HIS TREATMENT AND DID HIS CLEANING . NEVER WILL GO BACK TO THIS MINT DENTISTRY THAT SAY THE SO GOOD WHEN THEY ARE NOT!!

My name is Latania Mallard and I went to Mint Dentistry today 11-24-20 this is a awesome place I have never been to a dentist office and was comfortable but let me tell Mint is the best the staff is super nice and it's so clean and Ruby is a sweetheart and the doctor who pulled my teeth and down to the people who took my x-rays was so nice and I was so happy to get my tooth pulled and it was so fast and comfortable All the staff there are great I can't wait to go back and I have never been this happy to go to a dentist Mint ... read more

Starting out Mint Dentistry was my #1 place to go and recommended to family and friends. I am very frustrated with my previous Doctors (at the Carrollton location) and the customer service representatives. I was on hold for most of my conversation and over talked as if I didn’t have any say so about my concerns. It took me over an hour to be transferred to another location after I’ve requested it several times doing my conversations with Eleanor. I visited Mint Dentistry today first time. The one on Belt Line in Cedar Hill after hearing over and over and over again Dr Field Harrison radio commercials how wonderful this place is. My appointment was at 10:00 am, I arrived at 9:45am. At 11:30 I was still waiting for staff to verify my insurance and to see what I had to pay out of pocket.
