Zero stars, this was the worst experience in my life, I will never return and tell everyone I know to never go to any Mint dentistry locations, first they couldn't find the paperwork I submitted online, should have been red flag 1, I get called back and x-rays are taken because they don't accept them from a previous dentistry, red flag 2, I get in the chair and guess what more x-rays...WHY???, keep in mind I'm here for a routine cleaning, but continuing the dentist comes in and examines me and says that I need all these serv... read more
I have been coming here for a couple of years. This is the first time that I am pretty fed up with how they handled my situation. First, I was scheduled for a cleaning today (02/17/25). Mint had sent me those reminder messages while I was on the way. When I got there, as usual, they were confirming that I was there for a cleaning, X-rays, exam. This place is a joke. True scam artists. Don’t tell you upfront there’s a monthly fee. So even when you’re not receiving any services you’re still being charged. Instead of them honoring the fact they weren’t upfront about charges they dismiss you and refuse to answer the phone
I was just raving to my husband about nice Mint Dentistry was. I received a filling. After the numbness wore off my lip was mutilated, bloody looking and swollen as if someone punched me in my upper lip. It looks gross. I don’t understand what was going on while I was numb. I look terrible.
went in today for a tooth extraction @ 8:00, was told @ 9:15 am that they had my chart mixed up with another patient, so all the xrays that were taken, were not needed ( the young lady that took them was so nice )..they started my extraction, the dentist was amazing, ( his assistant, not so much ) so the wait was worth it...called back at 4:30 to make them aware that i needed meds due to the pain would not subside to the 800mg ibuprofen i took....here it is 5:49 pm and still waiting on that call back....other than that, Grea... read more
