Amazing Service
I have been a customer of Mint Denistry for the past 7 years or so and not until this year have I experienced such tacky and poor service. From failing to schedule a $1500 service that that was going to be covered by my insurance to scheduling me twice with a dental hygienist who failed to completely clean my teeth, to failing to schedule me with the doctor that I initially requested because the office manager— Bianca —assumed that I'd prefer the black doctor when I had never met her. I absolutely love you guys and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoyed watching NCIS while I get my teeth cleaned. I believe that my hygienist name was Joselyn (I commented that my other daughter's name is Jocelyn with a 'C'). I enjoyed working with her. I hope she's there when I return.
I came here urgently because I couldn't get dental insurance until open enrollment and was in severe pain from my wisdom teeth. Unfortunately, I'm very disappointed with my experience. I was told I'd receive an email referral for an oral surgeon but never did. When I called back to ask if the dentist could prescribe anything stronger--since I'm scheduled with another oral surgeon next week and was told I have an infection starting--I was told to just keep taking Tylenol and ibuprofen.
