Let’s start with the positive.. the MINT representatives were pleasant. I wish I could say more. After hearing countless advertisements, I was genuinely looking forward to an exceptional experience. Unlike most, I actually look forward to my dental visits. I’ve been going consistently since I was a child. I’ve NEVER encountered such an experience in decades. After coming home from an 8 day vacation, my 3 tooth bridge broke and fell out! I was mortified! I made an online appointment for 9 am the next morning with no problem. Upon arrival, I was taken almost immediately after signing in and I was evaluated. Dr. Gant and the staff at this office were so wonderful. She took her time giving me 3 different options for treatment and then went to work!! She is knowledgeable, patient, and GIFTED with that needle and drill!! Thank you so much… see you in a couple of weeks!!
Rating based off patient inability to chose a regular cleaning despite doctor “recommendation” which led to no cleaning at all. Patients aren’t first but money is. Glad for the teeth whitening kit though. Edited*** The company responded in a reasonable manner and allowed me to get a regular cleaning at no extra cost through their Freedom Plan. Very nice office in Temple Hills. I would recommend.
