I have been coming to this location for several years. I’ve seen Dr. Moore a few times as well. At my visit today, I declined X-rays. I just did X-rays 6 months ago. Dr Moore did a quick look and said that I have gingivitis and would get a deeper clean today. She had me hold up a mirror to see. She poked my gum one time and drew blood. She said “Look this is the sign you have gingivitis.” Next thing I know, the receptionist comes to me with an estimate for deep cleaning. If I could rate less than a star, I would…. I’m pregnant, broke a tooth. I would’ve been a brand new patient for this business because I just recently moved from out of state. I called him first thing in the morning as soon as they open to see if they had an opening and they did I gave them my insurance information and they didn’t check it until about 15 to 20 minutes before My actual appointment. Dr Moore was terrible with communication lack so much communication after having me wait over 30 minutes . Then lied on me the customer and said I violated HIPAA rights how when I never walked in a stayed in the hallway and asked you did you know how much longer you will be. Now here it is you don’t want me at an establishment the days you work. You knew you were wrong. I was even offered a credit due to your lack of communication and inconsiderate long wait because you didn’t care then to top it off I spent hundreds of doll... read more
