I came this past week for my 6 month cleaning and while the staff was nice and the facility clean, I was told that I have a cavity the would require a root canal. I am a new patient as of today. My overall experience was great. Latrice (RDH) was so nice and she took great care of me. Dr. Ancar was so nice as well she was very informative, make sure she let me know everything I needed to know about my teeth and my dental plan. Latrice (RDH) and Dr. Ancar let me know everything they were doing during my xrays, my exams, up until I left. Also the front desk representatives was great as well. Customer service and Patient care is top tier.
I had 1/2 of my mouth deep cleaned and this Friday I will have the other half cleaned. Normally. I would be terrified to go back to the dentist but not this time. It's the first time in my long life that I can truly say I am no longer afraid of the dentist.
Thanks Erica and the X-ray technician you were awesome as well as Fatou….the office manager not so much her energy was not welcoming at all.
