I really wish I could give a NEGATIVE 10 stars. They were very unprofessional, unorganized, and unconcerned. Scheduled an appointment 4 weeks in advance,only to take off work and go to my scheduled appointment to say oh we cant see you today because your insurance is out of network but when I booked the appointment and supplied my insurance information it was all good. What an experience! I love this place. It's clean, spacious and a knowledgeable and friendly staff.
My appointment was set for 8am and received a text to arrive 15 minutes early to update paperwork. Each time I am waiting outside the door with others for someone to let us in. It's frustrating when you are asked to to be here or you will charged a 50.00 late fee. Changing locations!
My experience was wonderful it was quick and comfortable
