Walked into line with no staff. Had to walk around saying hello to get someone. Appointment for 12:45 but no staff til 1 clock. Don't use so unprofessional.
Waited for over 45 mins after I arrived 20 mins early. Could definitely use better management. Wasn’t too happy with the service.
