I have been under the care of the Burleson location of MINT Dentistry since 2022. I have always had an amazing experience from the friendly front end staff all the way to the thorough, knowledgeable, courteous, and kind professionals that run the back. Today was the most AMAZING experience I have had during a cleaning EVER in all of my life. If you get a chance, go by and see Taylor for your cleaning…just leave a spot for me every six months or so!!!!
The doctor that I saw today was not who I saw on the initial visit. He was not careful, very sloppy and rough. They kept spraying water on my face, hairline and down my neck. I will not be seen by him again. My son had the same experience in the suite right next to mine. The doctor kept leaving me to see other patients. It was very annoying. The place was very clean, I was greeted with a smile and “welcome to Mint”, and the feeling of comfort and calmness lasted the remainder of my appointment. Everyone there was just perfect!!
Nice but no help
By far the worst mint location. I have been to the Dallas, grapevine, Arlington and now Burleson location. I’ve had amazing service at all other locations except this one. I am pregnant and they treated me like they have no knowledge or consideration at all when it comes to pregnancy. First, I requested to be at a small incline as it is not safe to be flat on your back. The DENTIST made multiple comments how that was uncomfortable for her because she would have to stand instead of sit during my filing. Making me feel like a ... read more
