Good car wash and facility
Decided to cancel my membership. I’m not able to cancel online (even though I set up the payment online) and was told I had to visit the car wash to cancel. They said my membership was canceled but they are still trying to charge my card daily to the point where I had to order a new card. Ridiculous.
This is not a full service car wash. I paid $25 and had to vacuum and dry my own car, didn’t receive an air freshener and was then told they ran out of towels. I pay less at the HEB self serve car wash. RESPONSE: Customers have been stating the same facts for over a year so shame on me for giving you the benefit of the doubt and shame on you for pretending to care when you have been aware of your shortcomings for over a year and have done nothing to make corrections.
