We called for service and were able to have our carpets cleaned in a few days. The owner of the company was our technician and he did a fabulous job. We had almost 3000 ft of carpet cleaned for under $200 (with a coupon).

I am very disappointed with the non-service. The technician came early to my house Anna left a minute before I got there. If you make an appointment for 1 o'clock do not show up early unless you're calling the homeowner and letting them know. Most people have to work during the day. Very unprofessional. I got home at 12:59 and he had already been gone and said that I wasn't there. We have used Mint Condition a couple of times. All with great results. I have to wonder if the first review was even talking about the same company because I was able to get a hold of Mint Condition many times and have never had any problems. Thanks Mint, keep up the good work. I will continue to use you for my rental properties! As a side not to the first comment, you should not be responsible for getting the carpets cleaned. We called Mint Condition on the recommendation of my sister who also had them clean her carpets. They were so pleased with the reasonable rates and super clean carpets. We couldn't be more pleased with our cleaning either. In fact I am calling tomorrow to set up an upholstery cleaning! We will go back again and again.

I called Mint Condition to make an appointment to have our rental cleaned before turning in our keys to our landlord at the end of our lease.
