Very poor service, very expensive car wash ever, they shot down the vacuum center for no reason when all the cars was request the service, even they don’t care if you done or not, they stand to watch you for your reaction about the poor service they provide. Kids they are taking care of the business, seen them washing their own car twice because they do it for free, they just play a game. Don’t recommend them to anyone. Please find any other car wash company better than this.
The most unbelievable car wash experience that I've ever had... We had an amazing experience at the Zelo Car Wash in Aurora thanks to Jacob! After driving back roads through Kansas, Nebraska, and Colorado, our car was absolutely covered in sticky mud, especially underneath. Jacob went above and beyond helping us get the undercarriage cleaned off. He was literally running back and forth across the lot helping us while also taking care of other customers at the same time. Equipment is always working and vacuums are strong and FREE. Vacuums have always been on when I go but don't expect the free vacuums to be operating 24/7, that would be a ridiculous ask.
Very nice staff, and great place to wash your car!!
