Used this service once and that was enough. The overall standard was below expectations and did not represent good value for money. Basic cleaning tasks required follow up, for example vacuuming a whole room, moving light items to clean properly underneath, and using excessive water when mopping. Excellent communication and accommodating to schedule changes. Cleaners are all courteous and do a great job.
Booked for couch and rug cleaning at $230. Cleaning equipment and and skill was amateur - did not provide full cleaning of either, instead attempting to scrub a couple of stains and leeft the couch and rug almost completely dry and untouched otherwise. In my experience a bettrr clean can be done by hiring a Bunnings carpet cleaning machine and doing it youself. Cleaner would not speak to or interact with woman present at the house only the man.
