The rug was navy blue and red. It looks black and burgundy in the picture. It also looks like a very busy pattern in your home, not subtle as shown in the photo. They make you pay to send it back and it cost me $60.

During my short time in Cali, I called Lotus for a deep cleaning for the house I was staying. They were able to get a team to the house the same day. The team was quick and communicative--even calling back to the home office for specific questions and other details.

Aniket came and did a great job cleaning carpeted flooring for 2 upstairs bedrooms and thestaircase. He arrived on time and provided honest opinion on how the result after cleaning would be for the stains and the dirt on the carpet. Start to finish, his job was professional and of high quality.He is polite, professional and diligent at his job and he finished in time.
