Had a great experience at this shop. I'll definitely be back. Travis is a common sense, reasonable, honest guy. He kept me in the loop, and focused on the problem I was having, rather than trying to sell me parts I didn't need. He was knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. Joy was very nice also, and explained all that was done upon pick up. The cost of the repair was reasonable. Customer service lives here! 👍
I’ve been going to Mint Auto for my oil changes for years, and I’ve always had a good experience. Booking is easy, and the front desk staff is always professional and helpful. I also appreciate that they always call me first if they find something that needs repair or replacement and let me decide whether to proceed or wait. Definitely recommend Mint Auto!
