Bought van in May 2025. Explained on test drive that I feel knocking under my feet and it is sluggish. Swapped seats to let Dave have a drive. He said it’s no problem; returned 1 week later to get track rod ends done. Couldn’t find sluggish problem, even though I said it still persisted. Returned a week later as fans didn’t work in van, and mentioned sluggish when driving; also that the keys do not always work; even though I had replaced key and suggested it needed a reset.
