Newer help full always busy no one answer phone
Can’t get an appointment been trying for weeks, I’m in pain but they won’t help. It was so much better when Doctor Bailey was there he looked after his patients and cared about them.

Extremely badly run now. Never can get thou on the phone. No online service to book Dr appointments. System been down for past 8 months. . 3 surgerys merging as 1. Been totally chaos. Don't go to this practice. When you go you don't know which room your supposed to be in. If you go there in person you have to be there waiting 45 mins before they even open doors. It's that bad. I'm changing practice soon .as moving away.
Spend one hour on the phone to listen music. Happened yesterday as well.
