after ordering floor waited 45 minutes and still not ready, Cancelled order and Manager was very abrasive and said do not ever come back as she had a $400.00 order that was more important than other customers.

I cant Thank you enough !!!!  Delivered a Valentines Heart Shaped pizza for me while I live in Ohio and my Valentine is in KC !! He was so happy thanks so much for helping me make the day special

Ordered a pizza to go today. Hamburger, onion and mushroom. It was inedible. Wondered if we were going to get food poisoning.  Had to throw it out.  Very disappointing. Nearly $30 down the drain!

Minsky’s barry road east. Poor customer service, poor management, I ordered 2 calzones and waited an hour and 45min. When I called them the second time they told me I would have to wait again. I asked for the manager and was told she was too busy to talk to a repeat customer. This site should be closed. The do not deliver on time any time I ordered and when I call to ask I get the run around.

My family and I get together when my brother comes down from sc.we have been going to Minsky's pizza past few years there about ten of us,we went tonite at 5clock young dark fellow waited on us . amazing service great food,we had great experience.thank yal for the memory,two years in row so we will be doing it again year..

I visited Minskys at 427 Main KCMO Saturday 7/23/22 and received A 1 service. Davin was an excellent server. I suggested to him that he train the order takers on South West Blvd KCMo. I will be visiting this location again..
