I always have a great gluten-free pizza at Minsky's Pizza at Liberty, Missouri. Jolene always gets my order right for every time I order a gluten free pizza at this restaurant. They have excellent customer service.
Great service by Heather, best pizza in the KC area. Tons of TV's for watching your favorite sports teams.
We sat at the bar and were served by Austin, the manager who really catered to us. Great pizza and cold beer. Also, enjoyed a Salted Caramel Cookie a la mode. We will be back. Definitely our favorite pizza!
Montana was a fantastic server/waitress. She was friendly and quick and spoke highly of Minsky's as her employer. By far, our favorite pizza in town
Always get a good pizza at this location. We drive from Lee's Summit, MO to eat there instead of one that's a mile away. We get the veggie pizza and iced tea.
Best pizza in KC! Staff is so kind! We are regulars and feel like part of the family now. Be sure to try the buffalo chicken pizza.
We went for lunch on a Thursday it was busy but worth the wait. Food was very good and the service was great!!
